This was a complete Renovation and Extension with a roof top viewing deck with a outlook over the ocean.
The Client was very creative with lighting through out and also included a 2 storey water feature with colour changing led lighting infused in a mermaid image. The house’s electrical is fully smart electrical, meaning any light switch through out can be reprogrammed to perform any electrical task. Classic wide Blackbutt floors through out with travertine bathrooms.
Located at Woodgee st Currumbin Hill, the back section of this house fell away with the block requiring extensive foundations and engineering. Most materials needed to be brought in down a small corridor along one boundary.
The client is ecstatic with the final result.
