Located in a rural location at Cobaki this was a Pavilion style construction. The home features a large infinity edge pool, which makes the property feel very resort like.
The Property has the following features:

The house was positioned around the pool, which overlooked the valley to Coolangatta and the ocean beyond. With the property’s livestock of Alpaca’s the home has a very calming appeal. With the home being located in a bush fire zone there were extra building requirements that needed to be taken into consideration during construction. City Contracting worked closely with local council to ensure all requirements and regulations were met.
An open and honest approach
It is close to 3 years since we moved into our home that Mark and his team from City Contracting built.
Mark was the ultimate professional throughout the process. He was always prompt to answer the phone, reply to information requests and discuss any ideas, queries or concerns that were raised. Throughout the build we discussed a number of material variations and some slight design changes with each being met with an open, honest and common sense approach.
We are very proud of our home and would not hesitate to use Mark again should the situation arise.
